Hi, I’m Mary.

I work with people who are ready for life beyond survival.

I am a licensed professional counselor specializing in complex trauma and complicated grief. I have devoted my career to creating space for experiences that have been overlooked, misunderstood, or difficult to put into words. I also understand that change can be exhausting, especially when you have already spent so much time adapting.

My work draws from EMDR, Brainspotting, parts work, and somatic approaches to reach what insight and words alone have not changed. Because healing rarely follows a straight or predictable path, I created Anchor. Ascend. Become.®—a framework that helps us understand what you need, where to focus, and when to slow down, while strengthening an internal anchor you can carry with you beyond therapy.

When we work together, you will have a highly trained therapist who brings both clinical depth and humanity into the room. I will listen closely, stay present with what is difficult, and help you make sense of what has shaped you without losing sight of who you are becoming.
